Thank you for choosing Branches and More for your natural decor needs. We are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or exchanges are requested. To facilitate a smooth process for returns and refunds, we kindly ask our customers to adhere to the following policy:

Return Time Frame
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns attempted outside of this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and including any packaging or accompanying materials that were included with the purchase. Items returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., live plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and items purchased on sale. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipment.
